Freelance-consultant has experience in mapping, remote sensing and system design. This includes but is not limited to image processing for change detection, image classification, spatial modelling and visualisation; radar processing for interpretation, elevation extraction and orthoimagery; topological data structuring to support resource and municipal GIS applications; municipal data maintenance using softcopy photogrammetric tools; creation of high resolution elevation models using digital image correlation techniques; and the creation of high resolution panchromatic and true colour digital orthoimagery to support engineering and cadastral applications.
